Abstract

Employee performance is the work results achieved by an employee both in quality and quantity in carrying out their duties and responsibilities in accordance with what has been determined. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of salary, bonuses, allowances and work motivation on employee performance as one of the garment companies in the Boyolali area. The study population was 2500 employees with the slovin method, a sample of 96 employees was obtained. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis using the classical assumption test first. The results of the t-test showed that the salary variable obtained a t count of 4.189, the allowance variable obtained a t count of 2.023 and the work motivation variable t count of 6.332, meaning that these variables partially had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance while the bonus variable obtained a t count of -3.965, meaning that the bonus variable partially had a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance. From the determination coefficient test table (R²), it can be concluded that the adjusted R-square value shows 0.688, which means that Salary, Bonus, Allowances and Work Motivation have a proportion of influence on Employee Performance of 68.8%, while the remaining 31.2% (100% - 68.8%) is influenced by other variables that are not included in the linear regression model.
